The All of Us app offers an easy and convenient way to enroll, as well as access and manage your information. The app also allows you to view and complete surveys.
How To Reset Your Password
- Go to JoinAllofUs.org and click "Log In" at the top-right corner of the page.
- Click "Forgot Password" on the Sign In screen.
- Enter the email or mobile phone number you used to create your account.
- Click "Continue."
- You will receive a verification code to reset your password by email (or by text if you signed up with a mobile phone number).
- Return to the reset password page and enter the verification code that was sent to you.
- Click "Verify" to continue.
- Enter a new password using the rules mentioned in the "Password Requirements" section.
- Click "Submit" once done.
- Sign in using your new password!
